The city of Halle is launching a new version of the city app this week. With this app, you’ll be the first to hear news from the city, make appointments with city services, submit reports, and much more. You can also link the app to your citizen profile and eBox. Hals City Application | Halle city

Nuisance, illegal dumping or damage to streets, squares and parks? With the new reporting form, you can report everything without any hassle, either anonymously or under your name.

You can already order a lot of products, services, certificates and documents digitally. Do you have to go to city hall? Save time and easily schedule an appointment via the app.

Check the waste calendar

Are you wondering when exactly your PMD, residual waste, paper, cardboard or GFT will be collected? See the calendar for your street or add all dates to your calendar instantly.

Hot news off the needle

Want to be the first to know what’s happening in our city? You will find news in the app, but also where there is an outage and where work is in progress. Events you don’t want to miss can be found and saved to your personal agenda. It is also possible to keep track of your files via eBox. Want to view certificates and permits or check the status of your files? You can see everything in the city app via a link with your eBox.

Your own wallet

Store documents, certificates and personal cards in your digital wallet. Request a certificate via the app and save it instantly. You can also add other documents easily.

Switch with update

You can install the application on your smartphone or tablet via the Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple). Anyone who has already installed the old app will switch to the new app with the update. Furthermore, you can link your citizen profile to the app via your itsme account. Then you can use all functions.
