Eurostar announces fourth direct train from Amsterdam and Rotterdam to London. The fourth train will operate from September 5, 2022 and will meet the ever-increasing passenger demand between the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

Increased frequency gives travelers more options, making it easier for them to choose the environmental benefits of high-speed trains over air. Eurostar travel emits 93% less CO2 than air travel. The carbon footprint of 1 flight is equivalent to 13 Eurostar flights. Tickets for the fourth Eurostar are now on sale.

Eurostar’s Els Buzzi says: “The growing demand for high-speed trains between the Netherlands and the United Kingdom shows that business and leisure travelers appreciate the ease and convenience of Eurostar travel. Traveling with Eurostar means traveling directly from the city centre. One of the most sustainable ways to get to the city center and across the Channel, We are delighted to be adding a fourth train between Amsterdam and London to our timetable.”

The fourth direct train leaves from Amsterdam Central at 07:47 and from Rotterdam at 08:28. 4 hours from Amsterdam and 3.5 hours from Rotterdam, passengers arrive in central London at London St Pancras station.
