Goodwill for 2023? Netflix has launched the Nike Training Club to help you exercise

Netflix launches Nike Fitness Club on December 30, 2022. With this, you will be able to watch a whole series of fitness classes of various levels on the streaming service. Perfect for fulfilling your New Year’s resolutions.

It’s almost the new year and so it’s time for many people to make new resolutions. Often “more athletic” is a part of that, but often times those intentions quickly fade into the background. To help you stay motivated in 2023, Netflix is ​​now coming up with Nike Training Club.

30 training hours

With this special software, you will be able to stream the entire series of fitness classes to your TV, laptop, tablet or smartphone. In total, it comes to a total of 30 hours of training that will be issued in two parts.

The first part of it will appear on the streaming service on December 30th and will consist of 46 lessons. It includes different types of workouts such as strength training, yoga, and high intensity training. Fitness level varies, so there is something for everyone.

  • “Two Weeks to a Stronger Core” (7 episodes)
  • “Falling in Love with Vinyasa Yoga” (6 episodes)
  • “Strike and Strength with Tara” (14 episodes)
  • “Feel-Good Fitness” (6 episodes)

The rest of the series of classes will follow sometime during 2023. All of the exercises will be available to anyone with a Netflix subscription and simply viewable via the website or app.
