MMA | Wilnis returns to the LFL to play a game against Sami on October 2

The match against Sami will be a very important match for Wellness. The Dutchman won his first two matches in the LFL against Erhan Okoroglu and David Casale Moldes. Wellness then made a trip to the Polish KSW organization in May this year. Wellness lost after breaking his finger in the third round. The Dutchman is back in shape again and will now meet former title challenger Ahmed Sami. Wellness has got spurs in kickboxing and is a former GLORY Kickboxing Champion. He defeated, among others, Israel Adesanya and Alex Pereira in kickboxing.

Former title contender

Ahmed Sami is an Egyptian fighter who fought with the Desert Force and the Emirates Warriors Organization, among others. Sami won his only match for the Emirates Warriors against the Tunisian-Dutch Yousry Bellaroy earlier this year. Then Sami made his LFL debut in June of this year against Tom Breese. It was an inaugural middleweight title fight. Breeze was too strong for the Egyptians by submitting Guillotine Choke in the second round. Sami will have to win to pursue a possible rematch against Breezy.
