Lewis Capaldi has already noticed an improvement in his physical and mental health just a few months after starting his vacation. The singer, who suffers from Tourette’s syndrome and has anxiety issues, wrote on Instagram on Sunday that he was doing “very well.”

The 27-year-old Scot ended his tour in June to focus on his health. “I’ve been working with some amazing professionals to learn more about and better manage my Tourette’s and anxiety issues. I’m very happy to say I’ve seen a significant improvement since I decided to take some time off in June.
